1. Fundamental Ethics
1. AJ employees maintain an honest and fair attitude, always considering their own conduct as representatives of AJ, with a sense of pride and self-esteem.
2. Ethical norms are the basis for all business activities. Employees strive to establish high ethical values, enhancing both personal and AJ's reputation.
3. Employees transcend hierarchical and gender boundaries, forming cooperative relationships and striving for personal and AJ's development.

2. Mission Fulfillment
1. Employees share AJ's management philosophy and vision, diligently fulfilling their missions based on AJ's goals and values.
2. Duties are performed using legitimate methods rather than unethical or unfair means.
3. Employees always understand and adhere to relevant laws and regulations, diligently and rationally handling their tasks.

3. Autonomous Performance and Responsibility
1. Employees independently execute their assigned tasks based on challenges and creative thinking, taking responsibility for their decisions and actions.
2. Transparent decision-making and proactive risk management are essential. Employees take responsibility for any issues that arise.
3. Employees empathize with AJ's shared goals and values, consistently pursuing continuous self-development.

4. Fair Task Execution
1. Employees strictly differentiate personal and company interests, avoiding actions that harm AJ's interests due to personal emotions.
2. Duties are performed fairly under assigned authority and responsibilities, refraining from abusing power, providing false information, or exaggerating for personal gain.
3. No form of financial gain or convenience that obstructs fair task execution is accepted.
4. No actions violating legal or business ethics are taken.

5. Prohibition of Monetary Transactions, Etc.
1. Employees do not provide gifts to each other, and such actions are strictly prohibited.
2. Monetary transactions and co-guarantees among employees are also strictly prohibited.

6. Healthy and Harmonious Organizational Culture
1. The company respects individual creativity and provides equal opportunities for fair competition, fostering an environment for self-realization. Employees avoid offensive behavior, defamation, and spreading baseless rumors.
2. Employees respect each other's privacy, foster empathy by expressing suggestions and concerns, and contribute to a more harmonious organizational culture.
3. Employees do not discriminate based on family, personal relationships, or any other factors unrelated to work, avoiding actions that undermine organizational harmony or a healthy culture.
4. Superiors do not give irrelevant or unfair orders to subordinates.
5. Employees refrain from behavior that undermines decency, damages collegial relationships, or incites sexual harassment.
