AJ Networks Leads Year-End Sharing Effort with 'Happiness Boxes'
- Donated 250 'Happiness Boxes' to 12 local children's centers in Songpa-gu, Seoul
AJ Networks (Hereinafter AJ), a leading rental company in Korea, is taking the lead in bringing warmth to the local community through active sharing practices.
On the 13th, AJ announced that it conducted a community-sharing campaign in collaboration with Han Forest to mark the end of the year. The campaign was designed to help low-income and welfare children, who receive less attention than other groups, spend a warm holiday season by connecting the human and material resources of employees.
Volunteers, consisting of 30 AJ employees, gathered at the headquarters building to create 250 happiness boxes with messages of hope for the children. The boxes consisted of cold weather and back-to-school items to keep children warm this winter, including winter gloves, sleep socks, snacks, blankets, school supplies, notebooks, and DIY Christmas kits.
The happiness boxes will be delivered to 12 local children's centers in Songpa-gu, including the 'Dreaming Local Children's Center' located in Ogeum-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and each local children's center will have its own Christmas tree-making activity to build small memories.
An official from AJ Networks said, "We are making efforts to coexist with the local community through the voluntary participation of all employees to practice a corporate culture of sharing." "We will continue to practice sincere and valuable sharing," he added.
