Human Rights

AJ supports and complies with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UNGC 10 Principles (UN Global Compact), and domestic and international standards and guidelines related to labor and human rights. We will make every effort to prevent and resolve all human rights-related issues that may arise from the company’s business activities to minimize negative impacts such as administrative waste, legal disputes, and decline in corporate image.

Human Rights Management

Long-Term Goals

To minimize the negative effects of human rights issues, such as administrative waste, legal disputes, and damage to the corporate image, it is essential to implement thorough preventive measures and take accurate actions in the early stages.

Starting in 2023, AJ Networks will conduct a human rights impact assessment to identify potential human rights vulnerabilities within the company and set them as focused management topics. We also plan to classify vulnerable groups through stakeholder surveys and investigate human rights infringement cases.

In addition, we will strengthen prevention education for workplace harassment, harassment prevention education, and disability awareness improvement education to enhance the awareness of internal members regarding human rights management.
